Service Description: In December 2013 Quantum Spatial (QSI) was contracted by DOWL HKM to collect Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data in the spring of 2014 for the Skagway, Haines, and Petersburg Areas of Interest (AOIs) in Alaska. Data were collected to aid DOWL HKM in assessing the topographic and geophysical properties of the study area to support flood plain mapping for the Department of the Army.
